Each type of construction project requires a unique team to plan, design, and construct the project. We aim to work with our clients to achieve a good working relationship which will help in the smooth running of the project. We keep our clients fully informed of all works at all stages of construction and are willing to meet our clients at short notice be it early morning or late night.

 

We can plan, supply & install suspended ceilings, electrical, plumbing/heating, air conditioning, decoration, furniture fit-out.

We can work as project managers. Work with other main contractors and sub-contractors Our past projects have included Pharmacy, Clothing, Arts &crafts, Showrooms, Salons, Grocery & confectionary, Bar & Restaurant

Noel Hall building contractor, Cashel has vast experience in the renovation of listed buildings.
My home town of Cashel Co. Tipperary is included in the list of Architectural heritage and includes many buildings of great importance. We have worked on a number of these buildings such as private dwellings, Hotels, Restaurants, Church’s, Schools.
We restore sash windows or make exact copies of the existing windows. We stock reclaimed building materials in our warehouse storage such as Brick/stone, slates, beams, gutters, fireplaces, sanitary ware, limestone cills & lintels. We use traditional materials that are locally sourced and used to complement the existing structure ensuring that the finished product resembles that of the original building.

We specialize in extensions and renovations. We can manage the whole process from foundations to a turn-key finish with minimum disruption to your home or business premises.

We have renovated many disused and run-down buildings into beautiful homes, restaurants, offices, etc.
We renovate domestic and commercial properties using modern materials and techniques which will give you’re building a new lease of life. We work within SEAI regulations and assist homeowners in reducing energy use, emissions, costs, and improve the comfort levels within their homes. An important product of any building is the installation of good quality windows & doors. We have worked with excellent window and door suppliers such as Munster Joinery, Velfac, Carlson, Marvin, Bunmahon Joinery, Marcus Fogarty Joinery, Isothermal just to mention a few.
